Classen Glen Concept
Classen Glen is a 1980s post-modern series of condo structures that has fallen into disrepair over the decades. After opening, it was featured in Architectural Digest and is the focal point of a neighborhood that was once neglected but has seen extensive growth and rejuvenation over the past 15 years. The design concept of the renovation is to respect the unique features of structure while adding human scale and warmth using synthetic wood cladding, updated branding, and a new lush landscape that creates buffers and privacy for units along the street.
