This proposed project consists of multiple sizes and configurations of high-end storage units for cars and boats. The units and facility as a whole are designed to create a space for owners to enjoy their collections and socialize within an environment that is designed to evoke feelings of motion through the curved forms and abstraction of light streaks across the façades. Spanning 69,000 square feet, the development includes 62 fully customizable condos with mezzanines and a shared clubhouse. Situated on a uniquely shaped site near protected wetlands, the design maximizes space while respecting the natural landscape. A long-span structural system allows for column-free interiors, ensuring flexibility for owners, and the facility is designed for future expansion to accommodate growing demand.
