The Memorial Park Healthplex is a medical office building that is home to 10,000 square feet of leasable medical office space on the 1st floor, a pain management clinic on the second floor, and a rheumatology clinic on the third floor. This project was awarded the AIA Citation Award for Healthcare Architecture in 2024 for excellence in design.
