This project involves the construction of a multi-story medical office building (MOB) and an adjacent parking garage to support outpatient healthcare services for SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital – Oklahoma City. The 83,562 sq. ft. MOB will house various specialty clinics, including a GI Clinic, IBD/Crohn’s & Colitis Center, Outpatient Endoscopy Center, and Ambulatory Surgery Center, along with a retail pharmacy and business functions. The 79,724 sq. ft. parking garage will provide essential access for patients and staff. Designed for efficiency and flexibility, the facility will enhance outpatient care in a modern, patient-focused environment.
