Joyful Beginnings at St. Anthony Hospital has transformed an underutilized Education and Exam area within the Labor and Delivery department into a comprehensive postpartum care space. This 7,325-square-foot renovation introduces an 8-bed Inpatient Postpartum Unit and a 3-bay Outpatient Lactation Unit, enhancing support for new mothers and their newborns in a warm, healing environment. The project prioritizes comfort, accessibility, and specialized care, fostering a seamless transition from birth to home.
