In partnership with SSM Health, Miller developed a 37,240 sq. ft. freestanding Ambulatory Care Center in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The first floor includes a shared Digital X-ray for Primary and Urgent Care, a combined Dermatology and Aesthetics suite, Physical Therapy, a Primary Care suite for four physicians, and an Urgent Care suite for up to four providers. The second floor features a Mammography screening suite with Ultrasound, 3D Mammography, and Bone Density scanning, along with an OB/GYN clinic supporting eight physicians.

This project was completed ahead of schedule and ~10% under budget with a final cost of $8.45 million.
