As part of a multi-floor renovation for Xenial, the basement was converted into a “War Room” conference center and technology lab.  To maximize the volume of the space and compensate for the lack of natural light, the structure was exposed in key areas and uplit.  “X” shaped light fixtures are a reference to the company’s unique name and corporate colors are utilized in a restrained but impactful manner.
